Processing Time Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Custom drill bit orders may require additional lead time — typically 5–10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Costs We ship domestically within the United States via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check the cart for current promotions.

Special Orders Custom or special-order items have extended lead times. We'll contact you after your order is placed to confirm production and estimated ship dates. These items are made to order and cannot be expedited.
